1. Contracting Parties
   1. Platform: Refers to the digital platform SakhaLoan developed and operated by SAKHADEEP INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, including the website, mobile applications, and other related services.
   2. User: Refers to Indian residents (aged 18 and above) or legal entities who register and use the services of this platform.
   3. Partner: Refers to companies providing financial loan products in cooperation with the platform, such as PLAZA FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Service Definitions
   1. The platform provides the following services:
      1. User account registration and management
      2. Personal financial services information inquiry
      3. User experience support for related functions
      4. Display and promotion of financial product information provided by platform partners
   2. Services are governed by the following regulations:
      1. The Indian Information Technology Act (2000)
      2. The Digital Products and Services Guidelines (2022)
      3. The Indian Contract Act (1872)
3. Account Management
   1. Users must register and create an account to use the platform's services. During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.
   2. Users should protect their account information and password, and are responsible for all activities and transactions under their account.
   3. If any unauthorized access or activities occur on the account, users must notify us immediately and take appropriate action.
4. Data Collection and Privacy Protection
   1. During the use of the platform's services, we will collect necessary personal information and data, including but not limited to name, contact details, etc.
   2. We will implement necessary technical and management measures to protect your personal information and comply with relevant privacy protection laws and regulations. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. User Obligations

      Users must provide truthful and accurate registration information. If false information is provided, the platform has the right to refuse service.

      2. Using technical means to circumvent the normal operation and management of the platform

7. Service Interruption and Termination

   2. If users violate this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to terminate the user's account and services at any time.
   3. Users have the right to stop using the platform services at any time, but are still required to fulfill obligations incurred under the agreement.
8. Intellectual Property

   All intellectual property rights to the platform and its content (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, software, etc.) belong to us. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimer
   1. We are not responsible for any loss caused by user operational errors, third-party equipment failure, or force majeure events.
   2. The platform does not guarantee:
      1. 100% service availability
      2. Security of third-party links
10. Dispute Resolution
    1. Negotiation First: Disputes should first be submitted to support@sakhadeep.com for resolution.
    2. Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
    3. Applicable Law: The laws of India will apply.
11. Amendment of Agreement
    1. Amendment Procedure:
       1. Public announcement on the official website 15 days in advance
       2. Major changes will be notified via SMS
    2. Objection Handling: If you disagree with the amended terms, you must cancel your account before the changes take effect.
